Swimming is a very technical discipline, where solid input from a coach can make significant performance gains, even for experienced athletes. Improvements to technique need to be reinforced with drills and structured sessions, delivered over time within a sequential plan. Whether you need 1-2-1 input to get started, or just a plan to build speed or endurance, I can help you improve.

TRAIN TO RIDE

I can help you gain the confidence you’ll need to ride on the road, move to clip-in pedals or set you a progressive plan to improve your strength. As there are so many different elements to cycling, you can’t expect to be expert at everything; which is why you'll always benefit from the support of a good coach. Each new race and course presents new challenges, so access to knowledge and experience is vital. We’ll be spending a lot of time on the bike, so having well thought out and structured plans for each session and phase of your training will help to keep your riding both fun and interesting.

Everyone can run, but learning how to run well requires expert coaching. It’s not just a matter of running more miles faster; this is often the attitude that can lead to serious injury. Form and posture need to be addressed before adding training load. The right mixture of miles and speed need to be planned, not just for each week but for different stages in the season. My coaching will help you achieve what you need to improve your running style, whilst minimising the risk of injury or burn out.
